I randomly decided to try the Fast Five diet - basically you fast for 19 hours and can therefore only eat within a five hour window. It's supposed to do something with baselines and limbic hunger and blah blah blah. I don't know. I don't really care, if it works! As I've complained about, my diet lately has been going nowhere. I lost about 60lbs in the first year, about 10-15lbs in the second year, and since then I feel like I've been losing the same 7lbs over and over again.
